Since Mr. Chemist / Abdul Azim Al-Abbasi took over the leadership of the company, the General Administration of Training has witnessed an unprecedented boom in activating and updating training programs and methods, and the company's continued interest in the process of training and developing human resources, and what its management believes in regarding the importance of the training process and its necessity to activate the state's policy in sustainable development, thanks to the directives of Mr. Chemist / Chairman of the Board of Directors to develop training strategies and plans that advance our human and national resources and rescue them from the rubble of daily routine that the employee has been doing for decades towards a qualitative shift towards developing our human resources in the best possible way. Continuous training is the best way to implement this policy, as it is one of the most important components of human resources development, and the importance of training appears in the following: 1- Providing human resources with knowledge 2- Gaining them the necessary skills to improve and increase productivity 3- Raising the efficiency of performance and developing self-capabilities that enable human resources to constantly develop to keep pace with developments in their specialization 4- Reducing accidents and injuries Training also helps to identify the needs of human resources, their weaknesses and strengths, and to explore their latent talents. Which helps any institution to reach the highest level of quality in its products in the shortest time, while working to reduce costs and maximize profitability. Therefore, based on what the financial and industrial leadership of the company believes in, and under the presidency of Mr. Chemist / Abdul Azim Al-Abbasi, regarding the importance of training to advance the company's human resources and in line with the state's directives in sustainable development. He provided unlimited support to the training department, which is represented in: 1- Providing all the financial resources required to prepare annual training plans 2- Providing the necessary equipment and auxiliary means to complete the training process in the best possible way 3- His Excellency's directives in agreement with major specialized training centers 4- The construction of (2) training halls equipped with the latest technologies at the company's factory in Kafr El-Zayat and Assiut factory 5- His Excellency's constant interest in measuring and determining the extent of response and benefit from training programs and the extent of their reflection on the performance of workers at the practical level, i.e. measuring the return on the training process 6- His Excellency quickly finds sound practical solutions and removes obstacles so as not to hinder the training process 7- His Excellency's constant keenness to transfer experiences and knowledge between different generations of workers and exchange experiences Therefore, the training department has moved during his tenure from merely participating in a training program, seminar or conference to another correct concept that links training with increasing productivity and improving performance with the aim of competition and optimal investment in human capital.
