Single superphosphate fertilizer is a phosphate fertilizer that contains phosphorus in a state dissolved in water suitable for plant nutrition and is in the form of powder. The product goes through several stages until it reaches us in the required form. The fertilizer is in a state of dryness that makes it easy to handle. The fertilizer goes through stages, which are grinding the raw phosphate using grinding units, then diluting concentrated sulfuric acid 98.5% to diluted acid with a concentration of 70% (+-) 2%. The dilution is done using special devices made of graphite. Then we reach the mixing stage, which is mixing the diluted sulfuric acid with the ground phosphate by lowering them together at the same time to the mixer, then drying and ripening, where it is dried and the gases resulting from the reaction are extracted. The mixture turns into a cohesive, non-solid, gray image, then it is smoothed by a cutting device and transported by storage belts to the storage elements where it is stored in a dry warehouse with a cement floor according to the fertilizer storage instructions document, and then it is stored for (2-3) weeks until it reaches the consumer.
